This very attractive through apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residence "set on the lake". Rating **** Etoiles - Breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. Direct access to the lake via the residence's common areas.

Your agency LLA Selections by Location lac Annecy, specialist in short-term rentals around Lake Annecy and the Alps, has selected the "LES LIBELLULES - Pieds dans l'eau with care.
A deposit of 800€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.
We can provide you with a free baby cot and high chair upon request.
Your agency, LLA Selections, has a dedicated Private concierge service to help you organize your stay. You will find all available services in the "Sophie’s A la Carte Services" section of our website. You can book your transfers, private lessons, private chef, catering, massages, and more directly online. A link will be resent to you as soon as your booking is confirmed.

About Duingt….
Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and has definitely earned it’s nickname "Pearl of the Lake".
Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike.
The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Spinaker for example).
Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times.
In summer :
-Cycling (bike path to go around the lake is in front of the house)
-Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: Entrevernes, Saint-Jorioz)
-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, the Wake Board in front of the house but also water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our local partner from Baie des Voiles, Rico!)
-Paragliding
-The average of walks mountains from the Sambuy (30mins) or Semnoz (20mins)
-Summer sledging from the station Semnoz
-An adventure park in Talloires (20mins) or Tamie (35mins)
In winter :
-Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort Semnoz (20mins), possibility of rental equipment with our partner in Sevrier (5mins)
-The cross country or track is also practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns); Seizures (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (about 1 hour)
-Snowshoeing in Semnoz

The apartment is very close to a small town with a patisserie, bar and restaurant, which are all accessible via a pedestrian path across the street. It is also convenient to the bike path which goes into Annecy and most of the way around the lake. It is on a busy street but the noise is very minimal from inside the apartment. Difficult to have a better view... Right on the lake 1 meter away (the road is behind the building), and superb mountains on the other shore. You walk 3 minutes behind the parking and reach the charming village of Duingt with a bakery, small grocery see more

You walk 3 minutes behind the parking and reach the charming village of Duingt with a bakery, small grocery shop and bicycle rental. Appartement is very well furnished and beds are good. Soundproof is quite good but earplugs are still advisable against the noise of the road. The agency is super helpful and we'll organized.

Of course the property starts to show her age but is well maintained. I just advise the owner to organize a deep clean (ventilation, bathroom) once a year. The appartement has also plenty of heaters so you will never be cold but it is a bit complicatsee more

Superbe appartement, très propre et vue à couper le souffle. La rue est passante de jour mais la traverse est sécuritaire pour les enfants avec un tunnel sous la route. Nos enfants de 7 et 10 ans ont d'ailleurs adoré leur séjour autant que nous.

Gorgeous view from master bedroom and living area just like in photos, nice touch of fruit hamper and wine on arrival, great quality bedding, things like wash liquid supplied also. 2 other bedrooms are next to the road. Our teens did not mind the noise, had the fans on to keep cool instead of windows open. In the shared private lake access other guests had their dog playing in the lake, great for dog owners as beaches with lifeguards don't allow them but to bear in mind if weary of dogs. There are quite a lot of appartments and a bit of a journey of corridors to get to the lift/stairs.and access to the building is via safe tunnel under road. Allocated parking is on the other side of the road. This was fine for family with teens, would not consider if had someone infirm with us due to the access steps and distance fron car to appartment. Keysafe for checkin/checkout very handy.
