This wonderful and completely renovated cottage, with its southwest orientated position, offers a panoramic view over the lake and the mountains.
The house is surrounded by a very large garden facing the lake.
The central location of this property allows you to enjoy easy access to Annecy but also the villages and shopping of Menthon St Bernard and Veyrier du Lac (both located 1.5 km)
"Les Grillons" property is composed as follows :
Surface area of the house : 140m2 - Closed garden : 3.000m2 adjoining a garage to store your bikes.

Little terrace with stunning lake view, garden furniture and sun loungers.
Living room with direct access to the garden terrace, TV corner, separate toilet and indoor access to the garage.

Your agency LLA Selections by locationlacannecy, specializing in seasonal rentals by Lake Annecy and in the Alps, has selected the "Les Grillons".
A deposit of 1 500€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2), bath mats, and welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, a few washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper...) are included in the service, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide you with a free baby cot and a high chair upon request.
Your agency, LLA Selections, has a dedicated Private concierge service to help you organize your stay. You will find all available services in the "Sophie’s A la Carte Services" section of our website. You can book your transfers, private lessons, private chef, catering, massages, and more directly online. A link will be resent to you as soon as your booking is confirmed.

About Veyrier Du Lac…
This typical Savoyarden village is located on the shores of Lake Annecy. It’s three gras beaches allow easy access to the lake and many activities (sailing, water skiing, diving, kayaking, wake-boarding, etc). A nice walk along the lake will take you to the nearby village of Menthon St Bernard. In Veyrier, all local services are available: supermarket, bakery, butcher, florists, café, restaurant, pharmacy, doctors, etc. Annecy is just a few hundred meters away, easy access by a recent established bike path along the lake. Many activities can be practiced nearby:
In Summer:
-Cycling (bike path accessible from the EAST SHORE now allows you to go around the lake),
-Hiking : Le Mont Veyrier, la Tournette or le Cascade Angon
-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our local partner in Talloires: Jean-Louis Fontaine)
-Paragliding: you'll have the opportunity to see the Montmin take off or landing basis of Talloires nearby: Guaranteed daily show!
-The average mountain walks from Montmin (15mins), Mont Veyrier (10mins), the Parmelan or Clusaz (20mins)
-Summer sledging from the resort of La Clusaz
-An adventure park in Talloires (10mins) or Tamie (40mns)
In Winter:
-Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort of Montmin nearby
-The cross country or track is also practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (20mins); Seizures (40mns), 3 Valleys (1 1/4 hour)
-Snowshoeing from the Col de la Forclaz

There are such fantastic views of the lake, comfortable beds and lots of hang out space for the family both indoors and outside. Communication with the hosts was easy and smooth. The location was close enough to the town for whatever we needed, and also far enough away for some peace and quiet. It was a little warm on the upper floor even with the fans provided, and the second bathroom location isn't so convenient. We would highly recommend this home for your next family vacation!
